Anna Zhang
Ministering for Christ Evangelical Centre of Australia Chinese Church
I really valued my time at Morling College for the learning but also for the relationships with faculty. This was because the faculty were my friends, my family and my pastors. These relationships deeply shaped and moulded my Christian life and ministry and made me a more suitable servant for God. What I learnt at Morling helped shape my beliefs, priorities and commitments.”

Andy Collins
Associate Pastor Newtown Mission
“Bible college? Why would I need to go to Bible College? I already know the Bible well enough!” Well, I gave God one year at Morling in 2000. I was constantly blown away at how the lecturers were able to make the Bible come alive and found myself getting caught up in their passion for God and His Word. I didn’t hesitate to enroll for another three years. To say that I have benefited from my time at Morling is a huge understatement! I am confident that I can minister more effectively because I have a greater understanding of God’s Word, and also thanks to the fantastic pastoral leadership courses, inspiring lecturers, global perspective and the opportunity to study alongside other Christians who are passionate about being more effective in reaching out to others and equipping God’s people. I wholeheartedly recommend Morling to anybody who is looking for a College that is faithful to God’s Word and also taught by devoted men and women who ‘love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind and strength!’”

Millard Sleiman
Missionary in Lebanon with Global
“I would like to thank Morling College for their great contribution to my life and ministry of evangelism and leadership. During my time, there was some wrestling with what we learnt because of the wide exposure to so many ideas. This exposure prepared me for ministry and missions, especially in Lebanon were we have been serving for the last three years with Global interAction. Through Morling I have experienced a huge paradigm shift that has not only made me think outside the box but has actually taken me outside of it. So thank you again Morling for being so relevant, effective and on the very cutting edge.”

Nathan Vandersee
Associate Pastor, Pennant Hills Baptist Church
“My heart and passion for mission for has been fuelled and encouraged by the men and women who teach at Morling and who are themselves passionate about God’s mission in His world. Because if Morling is about anything, it is about mission, and the lecturers are absolutely committed to reaching our world that so desperately needs Jesus. Morling has an uncompromising commitment to academic rigour and discipline, and you will be inspired to do the best you can. But, they have an equally uncompromising commitment to practical and personal ministry development; that is, they want you to be able take what you learn in the classroom and apply it outside: in your churches, in your jobs, with the poor, overseas…wherever God may send you”.

Martin Thomas
World Vision Media
“After working in the press gallery, arriving at Morling as a student was a bit of a culture shock. I quit work to study with only vague notions of what the future held. But over the three years on campus my faith was challenged and strengthened and I forged valuable friendships that encouraged me in my Christian walk. Afterwards, I returned to journalism but the knowledge gained has been extremely valuable personally and professionally and allowed me to more competently lead a home group with my local church.”

Barry Higgins
Missionary in Cambodia with Global interAction

“Morling College taught me to think through theological and missiological issues for myself, rather than hand feeding me nice ideas. You know – it was about teaching someone to fish for themselves rather than providing them with tasty morsels of fish on a regular basis. It gave me the tools I needed to analyse the context I am now working and living in.”
