Common Questions

Q. What entry requirements do I need?
A. Applicants may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate/Diploma of Christian Counselling on the basis of a three year degree or graduate diploma acceptable to the Morling College Counselling Department, combined with the equivalent of one year’s work or ministry experience where counselling is an accepted part of the work or ministry role. Qualifications in ministry, nursing, teaching or social welfare would satisfy these requirements. Applicants without a degree may be considered for entry if they have relevant work experience.

Applicants are also required to meet with Terry Kohler, our Christian Counselling Program Coordinator for an interview.

For more information please refer to our Counselling Information Booklet.
