Graduate Diploma of Divinity
Formerly Bible and Ministry

The Graduate Diploma in Divinity is intended for graduates in any discipline other than theology who wish to undertake Biblical, theological and practical ministry studies at a tertiary level. It is a one year full time equivalent course and articulates into the MDiv or can be cross-credited into the BMin or BTh. The regulations require the completion of eight subjects including:

(i) at least two subjects from: Formative Old Testament Traditions, From Israel to Judea, Content and Setting of the Gospel Traditions, Early New Testament Church

(ii) at least one subject from: The Church to 1550, The Church from 1550 to Modern Times, Knowledge of God, The Doctrine of God and the Person and Work of Christ, The Doctrines of Grace and Eschatology, Church, Sacraments and Ministry

(iii) five other subjects
