Vision and Strategy

Our motto is Summa Supremo, which means 'our best for the Highest'. Our aim to give our utmost for the Highest in leadership development and theological education.

Our Strategic Objectives include:

1. Equipping students for ministry and mission
2. Developing the gifts and potential of students
3. Encouraging students’ spiritual formation
4. Ongoing education, training and equipping for those in Christian ministry
5. Assisting churches in discovering biblical models of government and life that are also empowering.
6. Serving and mobilising churches in mission
7. Encouraging students to be committed to cross-cultural mission in Australia and overseas
8. Facilitating engagement with other world views that will both instruct and equip students and the church
9. Creating practical field education for a variety of “callings” and ministries (including lay)
10. Embracing a variety of teaching models including action/reflection learning
11. Establishing and maintaining an environment conducive to the spiritual, physical and social well-being of students, faculty and staff
12. Being pro-active in identifying needs which the College is suited to meet and taking the appropriate action.
