Rev Tim Macbride

Tim MacBride has been on Morling Faculty since 2008, and commenced lecturing full-time at the beginning of 2011. Previously he spent 12 years on the pastoral team at Narwee Baptist Church, in the areas of teaching and creative ministries. Tim is married to Samantha, and has two sons, Toby and Noah.

Tim received his Bachelor of Theology at Morling, and completed his M.Th. in the area of New Testament. He is currently working on a doctorate in the area of rhetorical approaches to the New Testament, and how these can be used in preaching.

Tim is a keen musician, loves cryptic crosswords and, like many other Australian males, is firmly convinced that he’s qualified to be a national cricket selector.
